payable to yourself and to be endorsed over to Bob Hagemann Auction & Realty
Service, LLC trust account if you are the successful bidder. Bank letter of credit to be
presented when registering to provide proof of funding. 10% auction buyer’s fee
will be applied to the final bid to determine the final price. High bidder will be required to
